Well... that's a good question. The Short answer is no, not initially. However, if sales are strong, distribution will follow. We would love to see these at EE, but for we don't know.

Great news that the stadnard versions are available for pre-order, BUT I have been having problems ordering the Captain Action figure. Everytime i click on the BUY NOW button I get an error message from PayPal. I have no problems ordering the Dr. Eville standard figure, and my e-mail to postmaster@castawaytoys.com did not go through either. Anyone else having this problem?

HELP!!! Trying to order Captain Action Standard but when you click on the BUY NOW botton you get an error message. Dr. Eville orders fine so the problem is only with ordering Captain Action! Please somebody fix it. Also your e-mail is invalid, so I can't even contact you. Help please!

Het Castaway Toys, your e-mail postmaster@castawaytoys.com STILL does not work. Apparently you can send e-mails out from it but it doesn't accept e-mails to you. Tried on several different e-mail systems to send one to you and everyone comes back to me. You sent me an e-mail awhile back & i tried replying to it and it too gets kicked back to me. Just wondering when the Early Bird & Standard Captain Action & Dr. Eville figures are shipping. Thanks!

For everyone waiting for the Early Birds - I received this E-mail from Castaway Toys:

Dear Early Birders,
Well as July approaches quickly it's becomes evident that we didn't get these out when we thought we would. It seems Cast-a-Way Toys is not immune to the dreaded "Chinese Date slippage" that has become all to common in the toy business these days.

What does this mean to you? Besides having to wait a little longer? nothing more, you will still have your high quality 8 inch action-figures, as well as all the perks of the Early Bird Special, delivered to your door!

We apologize for the delay, and have done everything in our power to make it happen as fast as possible. The new Target date given to us by the factory is August 22. If they are able to beat this deadline and get them here sooner you'll be the first to know and we will have then in your hands shortly after they reach ours!

Again, we apologize for the delay... We can assure you though, that these figures will be well worth the wait...
