Well we are off to Wheeling West Virginia this weekend for the annual MEGO-MEET This is the premier gathering for all things MEGO held annualy in Wheeling WV at the Kruger Street Toys museum. If you are in the area you should stop in and check out the Cast-a-Way Toys booth, and all your favorite MEGO memories... good times for sure.



In other news check out the latest Captain Action News over at Scoop... There is even a little Cast-a-Way mention... (thanks for the heads up on that B).



Otherwise, all is status quo and we are just waiting to hear from our Chinese friends as to where we stand on production...

As promised here is a picture of the new Dr. Eville Blue Bodies just in from China... The heads will match the body in color... this one was painted using a vintage Dr. Eville Figure as a paint master... they sure captured that  vintage look... The updated version should look great along with the early bird variation...

Well the sample shipment slipped until tomorrow... oh well the 3-Day weekend was nice so... as Joe Walsh would say "  I can't complain, but sometimes I still do"... We'll have 'em in our hot little hands before noon tomorrow though... in the mean time check out the above  Dr. Eville line art done by the fantastic Chris Franklin!
